The Ford Explorer Experience

date
Book Multimedia News Photography

In 2009 I decided to sell my first car to upgrade to a 2000-2001 Ford Explorer Sport, 2 Door Edition. Utilizing the trunk space for skateboards, and a 12 inch JBL subwoofer.

Note: never store your magnetic tapes by the speaker due to magnetic interference distorting and even erasing your footage…

My vehicle as pictured on Toenail Ave, Jersey City captured with a VX2100/MK1 Death lens

What caught my eye as a 19 year old was the all black exterior, blacked out headlight and taillights. The light green tinted tempered automotive glass windshield. Stock Compact Disk, radio, and Tape Cassette player for the legendary auxiliary cord. Mind you I was packing a booklet of burned cds, ease of hooking into a iPod, Zune, or my childhood tape collection. Good tunes in my possession were accounted for and smartphones were a year or so into the future.

With some research and this vehicle being long gone I will provide some of the materials you would get when purchasing this vehicle.
